Terms and Conditions

• By submitting your image or link to millionpixelsadvert.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions and also agree to abide them. Please read them carefully before you submit.
• These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change from time to time, and you should always check the Terms and Conditions before submitting link and image to millionpixelsadvert.com
• When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
• If your advert is accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund (if placed on paid zone).
• The site and homepage will be online for at least 3 years, starting from the day it is launched (that is, until February 4, 2009), but possibly even longer.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted and author/owner reserves the right to reject any inappropriate images/links according to personal recognition. In case your site won't be approved for any reason, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise you'll get a full refund of the money you paid and you will lose your pixels.
• Autor/owner reserves the right to remove any pixels at any time without any reason (if placed on free zone).
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed without refund.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again.
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but we'll try and keep these to a minimum.
• Once your payment becomes effective, your advert will be in the site within 24/48 hours [one or two working days]
• The picture must have a GIF, JPG or PNG format, NOT be animated and may have up to 500 KB.
• Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage.
